Nick Harwood
Nick is a highly skilled business consultant, financial advisor, and CFO. A former partner of a Big 4 practice with over 20 years of experience in financial advisory services and restructuring across London, Hong Kong, and Melbourne/Brisbane. Nick has also worked in industry for the last 8 years in various executive roles.
Nick’s was employed as an Executive of strategy and implementation for a large private mining services company and managed a complex merger transaction. He has also undertaken CFO roles both on an interim basis and longer term part time basis. As the CFO, he provides strategy advice to Boards and Executive Teams, implements business improvement programs and manages all of the funding and financier relationships.
Nick is passionate about helping business owners and executives to achieve their goals. He is regularly approached to carry out business reviews to identify improvement opportunities and to assist with the development and implementation of plans to achieve those improvements.
Emma Tremeer
Emma is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years professional experience working for several large consultancy firms and a secondment at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Emma has a wide range of skills and experience including improvement initiatives, transaction management, due diligence and restructuring. She also acts as a part time CFO and Finance Manager for Fountain clients.
Emma’s projects have always maintained a strong focus on addressing the real needs of clients, ensuring clear and regular communication and managing the risks for key stakeholders. Emma is passionate about people – managing stakeholder and employee relationships while mentoring colleagues and junior staff to improve their capability and performance.
Katherine Joice
Katherine is a Chartered Accountant and has a Masters of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM). She began her career in Private Practice, spending her early years in large consultancy firms. After several years in London she returned to Australia and took a role in commerce to broaden and further develop her capability. Katherine subsequently joined State Government and has developed significant Public Sector experience.
Katherine is a very experienced executive with a strong capability in commercial advisory work as well as planning and delivering complex projects. She is a trusted leader and passionate about customer service, ensuring economic outcomes and change management.
Jade Craig
Jade is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over 10 years experience specialising in B2B marketing, campaign delivery, brand and digital marketing and project management.
She began her career marketing one of the Big 4 professional services firms in Sydney then relocated to Brisbane. Jade is currently living in rural NSW, she has been a small business owner and is passionate about supporting businesses to achieve their strategic objectives, through planning, implementing and delivering targeted marketing programs.
